Logistics Coordinator

• Processing all import entries, including record maintenance.
• Process, record and file all Import Entries and related documents.
• Prepare charges for payments for import/export activities.
• Prepare all required permits ahead of time
• Complete wharfage documents and transaction for speedy clearing of shipments
• Coordinate wharfage activities with Customs Broker, truckers and department personnel for timely clearance of imported shipments.
• Timely update of import tracking spreadsheet in Teams
• Assist with the plant’s annual inventory count.
• Be knowledgeable about other departmental responsibilities and undertake additional duties as required.
   

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Have at least an associates degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have two (2) years experience in logistics or supply chain coordination

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Have at least an bachelors degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
