Logistics Co-Ordinator

Co-ordinate activities between our organization and service providers in the importation of goods

Tyres-R-Us Ltd, the parent company of Tyre Warehouse and Tyre Warehouse Automotive, is seeking to fill the post of Logistics Co-Ordinator.  The core responsibility of this team member is to co-ordinate activities between our organization and service providers within the importation supply chain.  Some of our service providers include Jamaica Customs Agency, Shipping & Freight Handlers, Port Services and Inland Transportation Providers.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Bachelor's Degree 
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a logistics capacity.
• Experience in successfully navigating Jamaica Customs processes such as importation and AEO regulations.
• Exceptional skills in sequential planning and co-ordinating tasks involving multiple entities.
• Very effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Is a self-starter and is comfortable and remains competent in an evolving environment.
