Lifeguard

• Responsible for safeguarding the lives of guests using the hotel's beach and pool.
• Comply with the processes and standards established by the company.
• Always remain in your work area, with the assigned equipment, always aware of the assigned area and ensuring that clients do not enter prohibited areas, which pose a risk or danger to the physical integrity of clients.
• Check that first aid kits are always complete.
• Report any incident that occurs in your area to your immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for ensuring that the boundaries of the areas used by clients are in proper condition.

 •  Responsible for keeping your area clean and organized.

• Attend training sessions scheduled for your department.

• Positive, good disposition, ability to work in a team, passion for your work, innovation, creativity, initiative and proactive

• Perform additional work assigned by your immediate supervisor.
