Liaison Officer

China Harbour Engineering Company is seeking Liaison Officers for the Kingston Airport Project.

Position Responsibilities:

The main duties of the position shall be included
• Maintain communication with all parties at the airport.
• Liaison with ATC Tower and Information Transmission.Act as the sole designated liaison
between the construction contractor and the airport ATC tower;
• Submit daily work requests to the tower prior to commencement, including construction
schedules, work areas, personnel, and equipment lists
• Maintain real-time communication with the tower via radio or phone during construction to
receive instructions and relay them accurately to the on-site team, ensuring no interference with
flight operations.
• Monitoring Construction Activities and Feedback
• Supervise construction to ensure full compliance with airport operational safety regulations,
including obstacle clearance, lighting shutdown, and equipment withdrawal;

• In case of delays, equipment overstay, or emergencies, promptly report to the tower and
coordinate appropriate on-site actions such as suspension or adjustment of works;
• Assist in recording and organizing daily communication logs and construction activity records.
• Safety Inspections and Incident Coordination.Collaborate with site supervisors to verify work
zone closures and protective measures before construction starts;
• When any potential risk to airside safety is identified, recommend immediate suspension of work
and coordinate rapid resolution with relevant parties.


Qualifications:
1、 Working years: At least 5 years working experience
2、 Industry and project experience : Professional Knowledge and
Experience
3、 Basic understanding of airport operations, including runway, taxiway, and apron
regulations
4、Ability and personality : Strong Communication and Coordination
Skills.Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure or in emergency
situations;Proficient in verbal communication to ensure accurate information flow
between the tower, construction site, employer, and supervision parties.High Discipline
and Sense of Responsibility.Strict adherence to airport operational protocols and
confidentiality policies;A strong sense of responsibility to ensure construction activ ities
do not compromise flight safety.
5、Educational requirements: Bachelor degree or above .(Engineering or security
major)
6、Required professional certificates: Industry related certificate .
7、 Others : Have a driver's license.Be honest and work hard. Identify with the
corporate culture of China Harbor, skilled in using computers and various software. Good
health,with a physical examination report. no bad habits, can provide no criminal
proof..Basic Operational Skills,Proficient in using radios, tower communication systems,
and related equipment;Capable of maintaining and organizing daily liaison logs and site
briefing records.
