Provide deskside and remote support for customers. Manage customers via local Helpdesk within the agreed service level management framework. Ensure SLA targets are met, and service improvement plans are developed and executed.

Responsible for managing and maintaining MTAC Network Management Ltd customers network systems Island wide. Manage and maintain LANs, WANs, End User devices to include but not limited to computers laptops mobile devices tablets etc. Provide remote and deskside support to customers.
