The incumbent is required to perform more complex professional legal work for the Gambling (Gaming and Betting) Commission.
The incumbent will be required to supervise lower legal professionals, represent the Commission in complex legal matters at court, instruct advocate Attorneys-at-law during court proceedings, provide advice and opinions to Ministries and other Government Agencies, draft, vet and certifying complex legal documents. Depending on assignment, the incumbent may be required to perform some or the full range of the duties of the position.
