Purpose

This role involves designing course materials, delivering lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, assessing student performance, and contributing to curriculum development.

Course Design and Preparation:

  • Develop course outlines, syllabi, and learning objectives for courses. -in collaboration with industry partners to include current market demands.

 Content Delivery:

  • Deliver engaging and informative sessions to students, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles eg. Lectures, tutorial sessions.

 Assessment and Grading:

  • Develop assignments, quizzes, exams, and other assessments to evaluate student mastery of course materials.

Curriculum Development and Review:

  • Collaborate with departmental colleagues to review, revise, and develop curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with program goals, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:                     

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration or equivalent field of study
  • Teacher’s certification

Experience:

  • Strong expertise in the area of specialization, with a solid understanding of fundamental principles and recent advancements.
  • Five-year post-secondary teaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.

Annual Salary Range

USD58,873.00 – 63,400.00

Overseas recruits are eligible for a Housing Allowance of USD7,800.00 per annum, a settling-in loan and 10% gratuity upon successful completion of the contract of engagement.
