Candidate must possess experience in Accounting and Administration

 Leasing Support Associate (MBJ)

Major responsibilities:

• Ensure contracts are activated according to the respective company SLA.
•  Process partner billing daily according to SLA
• Validate contracts and ensure all guidelines are followed.
• Ensure contract payment funding rates are accurate based on guidelines.
• Enter contract agreement details in the database based on customer specifics.
• Compile reports and send them to customers.
• Processing settlement quotes per customer request
• Sending email to customer with settlement breakdown
• Adjust incorrect contract agreement
• Termination of early settlement of agreement/assets
• Removal of financial interest for assets

 

Background, skills, experience, and qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in contract administration experience
• Leasing experience will be considered an advantage.
• Understanding of finance agreements
• Excellent analytical skills
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Four (4) our more CXCs including English, Mathematics/Accounts
