They deliver exceptional customer experiences across various contact channels for leading brands in industries such as cable/wireless/satellite, banking, retail, technology, consumer, travel/hospitality, and e-commerce.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist at Iterum Connections. The Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting research, communicating effectively, and driving sales to support the full customer life cycle. You will:

 

· Handle inbound and outbound interactions, acting as a direct contact for sales inquiries.

· Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to generate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

· Knowledge of lead generation processes.

· Provide detailed product/service information and assist customers through the decision-making process.

· Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

· Proficiency in using Google Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs.

· Experience in post-sale processes.

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Communicate with team leads or supervisors regarding sales targets and challenges.

· Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional duties as assigned by management.

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations when handling customer information.

· Use professional ethics and discretion concerning company directives and proprietary information.
