Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• At least five (5) years experience in a technological field related to materials
• Minimum five (5) CXC passes including: Mathematics, English and Biology and/or Chemistry and/or Physics

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Considerable knowledge of wide variety of routine laboratory tests and analyses
• Considerable knowledge of laboratory procedures and the use of engineering, electrical and laboratory equipment.
• Ability to set down findings, to make necessary computations and to include same in report of varying complexity.
• Knowledge of the elementary principle so felectronic equipment, engineering practices and and of engineering instruments, equipment and materials.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees
