Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Line Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for BBQ, an eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard.
Ensure timely and efficient service during high-volume periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and consistency.
Follow health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Chef or similar role in a busy restaurant.
Strong knowledge of grilling and BBQ techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
