Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our high standards.
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen.
• Collaborate with management to develop menus and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members and evaluating staff performance.
• Staff scheduling
• Recipe and Menu building

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.

Salary $2500 KYD per month, will be commensurate with experience along with Pension and Health Insurance in accordance with the Cayman Islands Labor Laws.
