We are looking for a Kitchen Production Supervisor in our Centralized Commercial Kitchen in Trinidad.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS: (Sales, Profitability, Product Quality)

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of the kitchen production workers.
• Manage inventory and informs the Kitchen Manager of raw materials, packaging items and any other supplies needed.
• In conjunction with the Kitchen Manager and Deli Coordinator, develops new products / recipes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Five (5) CXC O’Levels including Math and English
• Two years’ in a Supervisory Level in food service, commercial kitchens and/or production facility
• Computer Literacy
• Knowledge of IR would be an asset

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate of Character (Receipt will not be accepted)
