Job description:

Job Profile

The primary objective of the job:

Responsible for the delivery of KPIs across the business, tracking compliance, and developing KPIs further as business needs evolve

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all KPI activities at the Group in collaboration with all markets and functions to ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting to the board.
  • Implement, Own, and Drive the KPI governance process within Workday for financial reporting
  • Drive the creation of KPIs in response to evolving business needs working closely with all functional heads and senior managers to include Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, provide ad-hoc reports/ routine reports as needed by the business to enable better decision making by the Senior Management Team.
  • Confirm and maintain adequate definition by KPI owners of the KPI and its components through a centralized process made available to the wider business
  • Manage KPI Centrally to disseminate information across the group
  • Resolves conflicts in definitions between owners, e.g. singular definition of FTE
  • Own and Track compliance with submission timetable
  • Drive the evolution of the KPI set

 

Academic qualifications and experience required:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, or any other related field
  • Five (5) years plus experience in developing, delivering, and monitoring KPIs working with senior managers
  • Previous experience in IT and system integration
  • Understanding of finance processes
  • Lead role working with Senior Stakeholders

Functional Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability liaise with senior leaderships
  • Strong analytical skills are essential
  • Ability to assess the business requirements, in order to determine KPIs  required
  • Problem-solving abilities to understand the business case
