Overview:

KPMG Jamaica's Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is expanding its Advisory Learning & Development (L&D) deployment team to support KPMG United States. We are looking for a dedicated Junior Learning Administrator to join our dynamic team and assist with implementing and deploying learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project leaders, teams, and stakeholders to plan and deliver Advisory Learning programs.
• Test learner experience of learning assets.
• Generate reports, update tools/systems, perform cross-checks, and summarize data.
• Respond to learner inquiries via mailbox/learner inquiry system.
• Build learning assets and manage data entry into various systems (FOCUS, Degreed, SharePoint).
• Submit post-course documentation for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits.
• Monitor and manage the training mailbox and ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Support the Advisory Facilitator Care team as needed.
