Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the planning and execution of the internal audit plan, including design, implementation, execution, and monitoring across various departments.
• Conduct audits of financial and operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed within established deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with best practices to minimize errors and prevent fraud.
• Actively contribute to audit plan preparation, risk identification, and development of work programs.
• Document audit work clearly and systematically, following department guidelines.
• Draft comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations, and participate in discussions with departmental management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and improvements.
• Participate in global internal audit meetings and contribute proactive suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel at a high level.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and proactive approach.
• Prior experience in financial or process auditing is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is advantageous.
