Junior Compounder

To assist the Head Compounder and the Production Team in ensuring that, the manufacturing processes of our variety of products meet maximum quality standards.

Job Discription

1. Measures or weighs raw materials and other ingredients in specified quantites as per batch requirement.
2. Operates machinery in compounding area.
3. Retrieves sample for testing and approval by QA Chemist.
4. Upon approval by QA Chemist, transfers approved product into storage drums or containers
5. and store in Raw Materials Warehouse according to storage procedures.
6. Assists with coding, dating, and labeling all raw materials.
7. Assists with Laboratory testing.
8. Cleans, sanitizes and secures compounding equipment after use.
9. Assist in physical stock check of raw materials as required.
10. Assist the Production Team when additional manpower is required to meet production targets.
11. Performs other related duties as required by job function.
