Receive Cash from Sales Representative Post Receipts to customer's Accounts Liaise with clients for aged receivables Invoicing Reconciliation

JOB SUMMARY

The position is responsible for the collection of cash sales from sales representatives and posting receipt to customer's accounts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Service

Attend to both internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous and polite manner.

Receivables

- Receive cash from sales representative and customers

- Post Receipts to customer's accounts.

- Lisise with clients for aged receivables 

- Close off aged receivables 

Invoicing 

- Generate Inoices for house accounts, down trade sales and sales representatives

- Reconcile all customers accounts

- Post reconciliation journals 

Filing

- File transactions documents and accounts for all invoices 

Health, Safety Security and the Environment 

-Maintain the work area in a clean, safe and orderly condition
