### **Position Summary:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in building outstanding relationships with our customers. Your job will involve actively engaging with clients and addressing their needs to ensure their satisfaction. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional support, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience!

### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Respond promptly to customer needs and seek feedback to improve our services.

### **Minimum Qualifications:**

- 3 CXCs / City and Guilds (including English) OR 6 months of Customer Service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are necessary.

- Valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License)
- TRN
- NIS
- Relevant qualifications (CXC, Degrees, HEART Trust Certificates, etc.)
