Cari-Med Group Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Trade Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving portfolio growth and achieving business objectives, we want to hear from you!

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in the FMCG industry or a related field.
• Proven experience in trade marketing, with a track record of successfully driving portfolio growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing trade marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring maximum portfolio growth.
• Ensuring optimal distribution of existing products
• Ensuring listing of new products and monitor the performance against the distribution targets.
