TRAFFIC COORDINATOR

The successful applicant will be responsible for the flow of communication to the Procurement Division. This includes reviewing all request, monitor frequently raised questions/issues for appropriate direction, escalation or feedback where applicable.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
• High attention to detail to facilitate preparation of daily priority lists, weekly status reports and budgets.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
• Elevated communication skills to facilitate effective flow of information/communicating potential challenges to relevant teams and recommending solutions.
• Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
• Liaising between stakeholders and members of the purchasing teams with updates, etc.
• Working with the Purchasing Manager to create internal processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a high-pressure and fast moving environment.

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Associate Degree in communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of project management software.
• Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
