The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers.
Conduent is currently hiring Technical Support Agents for our Kingston location. Please visit our RKA Building, 10-16 Grenada Way New Kingston for processing on Thursday November 16th 2023 starting at 10AM.
The Associate will be the first point of contact in providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. The Technical Support Associate is required to use expertise, passion and creativity to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
- 3 or more CXCs including English ( Must have proof of qualifications)
- Valid ID
- NIS
- TRN
- Birth Certificate
- Experience in a technical support and/or desk top support role. ( plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Updated Resume ( Hardcopy)
