Primary objective of the job:

• Meet sales targets
• Generate quality Leads
• Close sales and provide details for installation
• Provide the customer service experience that is in line with company vision and values
• Manage objections from new and existing customers in providing excellent customer service

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and prospective customers to promote Digicel+ Home Services
• Participating in promotional activities.
• Daily interaction with competitor’s customers to persuade switch to Digicel’s network.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and all sales completed

Academic qualifications and experience required for job:

• Minimum of five CXC subjects inclusive of a numeric subject
• Information Technology certification is an asset
• School Leavers Certificate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
