Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Responding to inquiries from customers about the availability and cost of vehicles as well as taking reservations from service departments and external customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries on future reservations or anything on the account’s services.
- Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Participating in all refreshers, reviews or courses for policies, procedures, system and method updates and regulations as required.
- Temporary WAH is available based on overall performance at department's descretion.
We require that you have:
- No BPO Experience needed
- Customer service related HEART Level 2 Certificate or minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building and rebuttal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N.
- Ability to type a minimum of 26wpm with a 90% accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours.
- Reliable internet speed of at least 20 Mbps upload speed and 10 Mbps download speed.
- A quiet and private work environment free from distractions....
