Qualifications & Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of Google Suites
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Should demonstrate proactivity, resourcefulness and efficiency
● Must be able to produce exceptionally under pressure
● Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels
● Must be exceedingly well organized and detail-oriented
● Operational knowledge of the hospitality industry
● Confidentiality is a must coupled with strong decision making ability
● A second language would be an asset
●Bachelors/Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized accredited institution
General Job Description:
● Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire
● Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
● Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
● Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and
fixed assets.
● Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
● Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
● Prepare reports for operational management information.
● Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping. ● Attending and resolving guest complaints.
