To provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure the efficient operations of the accounts department.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices to facilitate payments on due dates
- Participate in general ledger closing activities necessary to provide management with monthly financial information.
- Maintain filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of approved invoices, to assist with the auditing of the accounting system and provide details for reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Tertiary level qualification in Accounting or ACCA level 2
- A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar position

- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with internal and external customers
