SALES ACCOUNT MANAGERS x 2 (ANTIGUA & ST.KITTS)

Overview: Our client is one of the leading Technology Solution providers across the Caribbean Region. 
With offices in most territories, the company are able to offer region-wide robust solutions to sectors including Finance, 
Government and Retail. Due to growth, they are seeking 2 x proven Sales profesional (will consider non-I.T experience )
to join the team based in the Antigua & St.Kitts offices.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Their primary responsibility will be meet assigned sales targets by promoting and executing sales strategies for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Solutions within St Kitts, through consultation and negotiations with clients, vendors and partners by performing the following tasks:
▪ Identify and develop business opportunities within targeted market sectors.
▪ Develop and maintain excellent long-term client relationships and networks.
▪ Identify and introduce new products and services to the market.
▪ Develop accurate sales forecasts.
▪ Respond to requests for information, quotations and proposals.
▪ Prepare and submit accurate sales and activity reports.
▪ Liaise with vendors and partners to sub-contract services.
▪ Present and/or lead sales presentations, workshops and meetings.
▪ Assist with the conducting of market analysis and benchmarking studies.
▪ Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

▪ Undergraduate Degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
▪ At least five (5) years’ B2B sales experience into the aformentioned market sectors.
▪ Ability to apply a consultative sales approach.
▪ Ability to accurately forecast pipeline as well as develop and execute strategies for account penetration.
▪ Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise commensurate levels of initiative and judgment.
▪ Sound analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
▪ Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal relationship and customer service skills.
▪ Sound decision making, planning, organising and time management skills.
▪ Proficient oral, written and presentation communication skills.
▪ Detail oriented and pays keen attention to accuracy.
▪ Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
