Spa Operations Associate

The selected candidate will be responsible for a seamless spa operation while enabling the company's commitment to offering exceptional guest experiences. This candidate is a wellness enthusiast and brand ambassador who is committed to maintaining the spa's reputation for excellence. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, as well as passion and precision in carrying out everyday responsibilities.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Maintaining the group’s calendars, arranging appointments, and ensuring the seamless flow of information and tasks.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining documents and presentations.
• Coordinating meetings, events, and activities to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently, aligning with the director's vision for wellness across our spa group.
• Maintaining clear, concise, and organized records, documents, and reports.
• Collaborating with spa team members and departments both at the resort and at the corporate to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Supporting both our corporate and on-property teams. This includes collaborating with various stakeholders, assisting in the coordination of wellness programmes, and ensuring that the director's initiatives are smoothly executed.
• Ensuring adherence to spa policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
• Staying updated on spa services, promotions, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Assisting in onboarding and training new spa associates.
• Monitoring and reordering spa supplies, retail products, and amenities as needed.
• Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer software for appointment scheduling and payment processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using spa software and booking systems.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.

Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and keen attention to detail.
