Asst. Night Store Manager

Job Function:

To supervise, direct, and manage all phases of the supermarket operations in order to achieve maximum sales and profit, while managing labor, utility and other operational expenses.

Work with various department supervisors to ensure that the supermarket meets presentation standards, targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of personnel and resources.

Plan, organize, direct, and control all supermarket activities and operations with the assistance of Management and other supervisory personnel.

Ensure that all the company employees are courteous to customers and that requests, refunds, and complaints are handled promptly and courteously.

Make effective and objective decisions regarding operational choices in work procedures, inventory allocations and new product purchases.

Stay alert and aware and work with management and/or security to address any suspicious or abnormal.

Qualifications & Professional Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a retail environment.

At least 3 years' supervisory experience.

Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal/Written).

Strong Interpersonal Skills.

Ability to Multitask and Prioritize.

Strong Time Management Skills

Strong Analytical Skills.

Must be able to lift at least 30-50lbs.
