Temporary Accounts Clerk

Accounts Clerk for a period of three (3) months

THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY. MUST BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.

Our client located in Port of Spain is seeking to fill the position of a TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS CLERK POSITION - 3 MONTHS

Salary range: TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS CLERK- $6500

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Qualifications - Completed level 1 ACCA / CAT or Pursuing Level 2 / Finance degree.
• Skills – Experience with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel), experience with reconciliations, Accounting knowledge, Analytical, Ability to learn quickly/multi-task.

DUTIES:

• Performing and assisting with reconciliations of accounts.

• Analysis of Accounts Receivables to determine amounts due.
• Data processing of Accounting adjustments/entries identified.

• Filing of relevant documents and maintenance of supporting files.
• Assisting in preparing documents for audit.

• Other duties deemed necessary for the role.
