We are currently hiring an Associate Director of Quality. This role assures the smooth set up and performance of quality functions at a multi Geo level to meet business needs as well as internal and certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Involves designing functional level policies and procedures and driving standardization of processes across geos.
- Lead / Manage / Mentor 4-6 Quality Managers across multiple clients
- Ensure calibrations and other activities are well deployed for all clients.
- Ensure the quality findings are shared and tracked for all clients.
- Own the quality function and deliverables and present the findings, analysis, and insights to clients as required.
- Assist Continual Improvement Program Management Office in maintaining repository of projects, status, tracking, etc.
- Assist and facilitate critical improvement projects in Operations with Project Leaders.
- Responsible for developing process improvement strategy for the clients, and its planning and execution.
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them and drive performance benchmarking.
- Manage strategic Lean / Six Sigma and other projects.
- Identify process Reengineering opportunities in the business processes & drive high Business Impact projects.
- Should conduct periodic meetings with AMs, managers and other leaders across functions.
- Lead and conduct quality related reviews/meetings with Clients and senior executives into he company
Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ISO certification knowledge
- 10 plus years of relevant experience
- 6 years of experience in a supervisor role including support quality across multiple programs for at least 3 years.
- Excellent Team management and leadership skills
- Should have excellent in analytical and observation skills
- Should posses Change management & Facilitation Skills
- Strong in Problem Solving skills
- Organizational skills in designing and development of course curriculum.
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
- Should have sound knowledge of quality concepts and tools
- Excellent presentation skills and sound client interaction experience.
- Six Sigma certification a plus.
