LARGE INSURANCE BROKER REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF AN OFFICE MANAGER
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the President you will be accountable for maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment procurement and facilities management.
You will also be responsible for designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Your job will also include arranging the activities of the Board, taking Board minutes, and liaising with the various Department Managers.
