Responsible and Reliable Restaurant Supervisor needed to manage shift

Duties:

  1. Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly
  2. Train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
  3. Customer-oriented to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly
  4. Exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance
  5. Ability to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Training Restaurant Staff
  2. Managing Staff’s work schedules
  3. Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
  4. Overseeing and assisting in food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
  5. Checking in on dining and take-away customers to enquire about food quality and sevice
  6. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  7. Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner

 

 

Requirements:

  1. Secondary School Education
  2. Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality is an Advantage
  3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. The ability to stand for extended periods
  5. Strong Mangement Skills
  6. Excellent organization skills
  7. Effective communication skills
  8. Exceptional customer service skills
  9. Must be mature and  over 27 years of age
