We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager with 5 years' experience in related area to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the housekeeping department.
- Develop and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards.
- Coordinate housekeeping tasks with other hotel departments.
- Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping.
- Collaborate with maintenance to address maintenance issues in guest rooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage housekeeping budgets.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of housekeeping staff.
- Administrative task controlling supply costs, laundry and salaries.
