Assistant Sales Manager

Mother’s Enterprises Limited is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Management Team as Assistant Sales Manager.

The successful candidate should be confident, innovative, performance-driven and have a record of achievement in effective sales management in order to meet the objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business to advance sales of bakery products.
• Assist in formulating pricing of products. 
• Coach, train and develop Sales Representatives.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback.
• Monitor fluctuating demand and supply.
• Analyze sales results to maximize performance outputs.
• Utilize AR Report to monitor and manage credit risk.
• Assist sales staff in achieving budgeted targets.
• Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
• Keep abreast of current trends in the market, as well as competitors in the market

Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies

• A degree in Business Administration with a major in Sales or Marketing.
• At least 3 years leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Demonstrated negotiation, planning and implementation skills.
• Experience in managing dynamic customer relationships.
• Proven track record in achieving and maintaining repeat customer sales.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task.

Experience in a Bakery Sales environment will be a distinct advantage.
