The Enterprise by IR Ltd. is seeking to hire a dynamic and passionate Public Relations Coordinator. This individual should be a strong communicator with an energetic presence and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.

Public Relations Coordinator

The Public Relations Coordinator will support the various departments within the global public relations team by fully understanding client objectives, contributing to the development of strategic initiatives, and overseeing and executing daily account activities. This role is heavily focused on media relations, influencer and celebrity engagement, internal communications, event planning, writing, and account management.  

Key Activities and Duties:

  • Coordinate all aspects of PR activities, effectively managing the public image of our group of companies, and driving the communications strategy for our brand across current, new, and emerging channels with the aid of HOD and relevant agencies.
  • Assist with research to help define PR strategy including industry trends and competitor innovations.
  • Correspond as the day-to-day contact for press visits, media/agency requests, queries, etc., and lead regular PR conference calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and finalize internal and external documents: pitches, news releases, press kits, internal memorandums and communiques, newsletters, talking points, fact sheets, bios, agendas and website content, and awards and rankings.
  • Demonstrate writing excellence when crafting internal and external materials and correspondence. 
  • Organize and oversee special events and activations for various segments of the business.
  • Proactively develop relationships with external audiences (media, third-party constituencies, etc.) to convey brand message.
  • Develop a strong corporate social responsibility platform(s), helping to inform the team and consumers around its importance, all while monetizing the importance of the efforts at large.
  • Any other task as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in 365 Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to balance deadlines.
  • Strong background in project management a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to thoroughly complete tasks assigned on time.
