Massy Wood is recruiting for a Timekeeper to support one of our projects based in Trinidad.

The Timekeeper is responsible for providing project administrative, cost, document and timesheet management support to the team.

Technical

  • Responsible for inputting timesheets for all crew members for payroll and invoicing purposes.
  • Verify/validate timekeeping data submitted each pay period.
  • Assist with project costing and timesheet management.
  • Set up and maintain administration filing systems.
  • Participate in meetings and record and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Coordinate the flow of information, within department, both internally and externally.
  • Interface with other departments as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts.
  • Perform all other job-related functions as required.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Six (6) Ordinary Level Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
  • At least two (2) years’ minimum experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in the oil & gas industry would be considered an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Awareness of the project environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in a Team environment.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well with external and internal customers.
