The Sales Representative is expected to plan and organize the sales and marketing of New Vehicles of The Division and to provide superior after sales service to our clients.

Job Summary:

• ANSA Motors Trinidad is seeking to identify suitable candidates for the position of Sales Representatives for the New Vehicle Sales Department.  The Sales Representative is expected to plan and organize the sales and marketing of New Vehicles of The Division and to provide superior after sales service to our clients.

Job Description:

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction and engagement through the effective use of the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Understands company brands by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
• Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
• Demonstrates company brands by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
• Ensures revenues for vehicle sales are met or exceeds budget.
• Maintains the company positioning in its market segment by generating ideas to increase market share. 
• Continuously updates knowledge of company and competitor products and services.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in sales and/or marketing
• Associates degree or equivalent
• Social Media Savvy
