Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and offer administrative assistance to our establishment, contributing to the realization of our financial objectives. This role requires residing in the north of the island for ease of business as well as demonstrating maturity, independent work capability, and a proactive approach.

Core Responsibilities:

Your role involves efficient office management, close collaboration with the production team, and ensuring timely processing and updating of customer accounts. You will excel in professionally, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring their laundry service needs are promptly met. Multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management to meet deadlines are crucial aspects of this role.

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills:

High school Diploma or formal training in business administration.

Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both customers and colleagues.

Strong organizational and leadership aptitude.

Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends when necessary.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites; practical experience with QuickBooks Point of Sale and

accounting systems.

Solid grasp of accounting principles and financial management.

Sales and marketing acumen; possession of a valid driver's license is advantageous.

Residing in the North of the island is preferred.
