Product Development Support Officer
Core Functions
• Provide support to the Product Development Officer in the preparation of relevant business documentation including concepts, feasibility assessments, business case, project documentation, presentations.
• Assist in the monitoring, tracking and reporting on utilization, volume, product/service mix, pricing and related revenues against benefits outlined in business cases for new or enhanced products.
• Conduct post implementation review of solutions implemented.
• Promotion of product awareness via appropriate internal training collateral.
• Ongoing review of existing functionalities to ensure end to end processes are functioning adequately and initiate or recommend solutions.
• Attend to service requests from customers and following up with respective Branches / Divisions for speedy delivery and determine sales opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
• First Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Banking/Finance or Management Information Systems with at least two (2) years working experience.
