Bryden pi Ltd, one of the leading channel-focused distributors of Consumer, Health and Personal Care products in Trinidad and Tobago is on the lookout for the ideal candidate to join our unique family in the position of SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST within our Operations Division.

The incumbent is expected to support the Supply Chain Department in ensuring proper inventory management through efficient purchasing, in line with targeted stock covers; ensuring stock outs are minimized and dead / slow moving stock / close to expiry stock is identified for actioning by Division Heads

 Some Main Responsibilities include:

  • Tracks purchase orders for changes in status.
  • Monitors and reports on “Out of Stock” and “Over stock” Positions.
  • Monitors Inventory Levels to ensure stock cover targets are attained and aligned with warehouse occupancy capacities.
  • Partners with Stock Auditors to track, monitor, and recommend corrective actions with regards to inventory discrepancies within the Warehouse.
  • Monitor and report on inbound expiry dates to ensure they are within minimum shelf life guarantees.
  • Monitors ‘Spill Over” Warehouses and ensure requisitions are made timely to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Liaises with the supplier and Brand Manager to resolve any variation between the invoice and Purchase Order
  • Track, report and recommend corrective actions on Supplier Reliability
  • Conducts regular process and procedure efficiency reviews on the upstream side of the business to ensure operating integrity, making recommendations for improvement as required.
  • Champion SKU Rationalization with Sales Division ensuring data integrity within our ERP system.
  • Measures and produces reports on Demand Planning Accuracy, Forecast accuracy and other relevant supply chain KPI’s as required.
  • Assist with any Departmental Projects
  • Assist with Customer Improvement Initiatives
  • Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.

 Knowledge and experience: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Management
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience
  • Level 2 CIPS and beyond will be considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
