Huawei Technologies Jamaica Company Limited is currently recruiting fresh undergraduates graduated in 2022 or students who be graduating in 2023.
Available positions:
Communicate with customers about maintenance items, arrange plans, and be familiar with internal services such as risk clearance, warning and rectification, and problem handling.
We are seeking for undergraduate candidates with below skills and background:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Have basic telecommunication knowledge.
- Have good ability to summarize and follow up affairs, be willing to interacts with people.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
To utilize the company's project management system for projects, subcon management, customer support, project delivery and quality maintenance, KPI monitoring and reports maintenance and circulation both internal and external.
We are seeking for undergraduate candidates with below skills and background
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Telecommunication background is a plus
Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing wireless networks, including LTE, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi, provides technical support to customers, and ensures network performance through monitoring and analysis, create documentation, generate reports, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
We are seeking for undergraduate candidates with below skills and background:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in wireless communication technologies, including LTE, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, and RF principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
Certification in relevant wireless network technologies or vendor-specific certifications (e.g.,HCIA/HCIP) would be a plus.
