The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to oversee the company's marketing campaigns and plays an important role in developing and executing communication concepts and marketing strategies.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implementing the brand’s social media strategy
  • Creative conceptualization across all social media platforms
  • Submitting monthly social media content plans and posting schedules
  • Posting on the company’s social media pages per the approved posting schedule
  • Executing all social media advertising
  • Responding to inquiries and engaging with fans and followers on all digital platforms, including social media and Google Business
  • Track types of feedback & inquiries to share with team and address, where applicable, in future content and activities.
  • Submitting monthly reports to track and analyse key performance measures.
  • Managing deliverables for page content from third-party partners, including the graphic artist.
  • Video editing
  • Conducting monthly competitor analyses
  • Conducting regular audits of external branding materials
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in the execution of the company’s marketing activities

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management Studies or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing
  • Industry knowledge is preferred.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing (with emphasis on social media advertising, email advertising and Google Ads)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships
