Service Delivery Specialist experience in analyzing and interpreting operations reports.

Position : Service Delivery Specialist Tier 1

The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible to assist in the preparation of all reports for the programs in the Site and completing employee processing steps.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and complete daily tracking reports across all projects.
• Ensure accuracy of tracking results for reporting by communicating with project support to resolve issues.
• Responsible for QA and Compliance reports.
• Maintain and analyze Efficiency reports.
• Ensure onboarding/offboarding process is followed consistently and completely.
• Maintain Service Delivery manual outlining current processes.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience in a training, supervisory or related role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret operations data and reports.
• Ability to speak professionally and present information to managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook required.
