RELIEF ROUTE SALES ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY                                                                               

The successful candidate will join our lucrative sales team with the responsibility of building product distribution and visibility within an assigned territory, by assisting the Route Sales Driver in delivering and merchandising products sold.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for relationship management with customers within assigned territory.
2. Effect 100% customer visits in accordance with route lists.
3. Aid in the implementation and execution of agreed sales strategies to meet targets.
4. Delivery exceptional service to customers at all times.
5. Aid in merchandising products to build brand visibility.
6. Adhere to stock management policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum three (3) CXC / CSEC subjects 
2. Minimum two (2) years working experience in Sales, Merchandising or Customer Service.
