SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary

The Sales Support Administrator will perform administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the Sales Department. The incumbent will assist with generating of reports and their analysis, customer service, records management, and sales support of the department for the General Sales Manager.

Specific Job Functions

  • Answer and screen incoming calls and emails, take messages and routing correspondences.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers
  • Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customers records.
  • Track sales team’s communication with customers.
  • Prepare and file sales contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain sales department budgets
  • Perform research towards identifying potential sales leads and pitches
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with analysis
  • Prepare purchase orders/quotations for the sales team
  • Acts as the liaison between the sales team and other departments such as Customer Service, Finance, etc.
  • Coordinate meetings for the Sales Department
  • Any other duties that may arise within the scope of work

Education/Training/Experience

  • At least an ASc in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • At Least 1-2 years’ experience in sales support administration or a similar position
  • Experience with sale industry software like Salesforce and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems or related software and systems
  • Proficient with Excel and any other analytical software
