To oversee all activities related to the Company’s facilities and property by planning, directing and overseeing building operations and services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:
• Set project parameters and evaluate compliance with project and engineering standards.
• Approve final designs and installations.
• Plan and develop project budgets within established overall budget and cost parameters.
• Develop appropriate project implementation strategies and plans.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, and coordinate the work of both staff and contractors to keep facilities at required
   standards.
• Implement policies and procedures relevant to the property and internal facilities.
• Develop and implement a schedule for regular preventative maintenance of all systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, fire, building codes and all other relevant regulations.
• Coordinate Health & Safety compliance with the HSE Officer 
• Provide EMA environmental support as required.
• Prepare and submit reports regarding building and property conditions and recommend action to be taken.
• Perform any other related functions consequential and incidental to the position.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
• Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering
• Microsoft Office Suite certification (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of engineering principles, methods and techniques.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in a similar position. 
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
• A comprehensive understanding of procurement rules and contract management.
• Sound critical thinking, operations analysis and complex problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and writing).
• Proven coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills
