The opportunity

As a Human Resource Consultant, you will gain valuable experiences and a wealth of knowledge by working across various capabilities, service offerings, and sectors. Working in multidisciplinary teams - often directly with leaders of major organisations, including the public service and private sectors - you will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge.

We are currently looking for talented and motivated individuals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Compensation strategy with specialist knowledge in job evaluation and/or compensation structure design.  Experience of working with executive compensation would be an advantage
  • Devising and driving large-scale change strategies
  • Functional organisational design
  • Workforce development, including performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Compensation strategies and tools, Change Management concepts, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Models and/or Workforce Development
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to understand the key issues and challenges faced by our clients and to develop solutions which are innovative and fit for purpose
  • Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable within expected timeframes. 
  • Design and lead workshops with the client teams to develop solutions, gain agreement on and take forward change
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
  • Work in client engagement teams with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services – managing engagements to ensure profitable delivery.

 To support the team, you should have:

  • Solid academic background including a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or any other related degree.
  • Training in at least one (1) business modeling technique 
  • 3+ years of experience in providing consulting services in a few of the following change enablement areas: Compensation, Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Training, Governance, Workforce Strategies, Human Resources Transformation, Talent Management, and Culture
  • Project Management experience (PRINCE2 or PMP certification would be an asset)
  • PROSCI Practitioner certification would be an asset
