Offshore Integrity Supervisor

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
To ensure that Integrity related activities which are executed offshore will be followed and monitored closely during the activities development and post work as well, with anomalies follow-up and facilitate the close out.
The crucial aspect for the position are the experience in integrity scopes and vendors management for a reliable condition, which will combine the most economical investment and maintenance throughout the projected lifetime, taking into account specific site and contract conditions.

  • Assist in preparation of RBI plans and monitor the actual status, as well as anomalies follow-up / close-out.
  • Facilitate and support integrity scopes execution offshore, expanding from work preparation to its completion.
  • Preparation of repair specifications and follow-up repairs. Maintain register of typical repair procedures, including those qualified as 'temporary' measures.
  • Assist on Maintaining up to date databases Piping and Pressure Vessels and work with Strategy team to improve functionality. Highlight corrosion trends, re-occurring damages, etc.
  • Ensure that generally applicable lessons learned are shared in the Corporate Engineering Standards based on the GEMS LL template and guidance.
  • Verify that refurbishment of piping is done as specified and in line with Company Policy.
  • Assist in preparation of responses to offshore queries as it related to the integrity discipline.
  • Assist in technical decisions regards to Piping, Pressure Vessel, coating, repairs and general inspection activities.
  • Be familiar with Class requirements.
  • Duties and activities which shall be under assistance and follow-up by the Offshore integrity supervisor:
    • Painting Program Coordination
    • Assist on: Spool replacements, Ad-Hoc inspections, Minor welding inspections, PFP Inspection
    • Coordinate the Preservation activities and Small surveys (eg. Flexible Hoses Assemblies / Small Bore Tubing), as well as Insulation/CUI campaigns and Drops adequacies.
    • Support for Brownfield supervision (when required)
    • Support for Shutdown related activities (when required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION :
  • Degree qualification in Engineering Discipline.
  • Or Technical qualification potentially acceptable with proven experience of more than 10 years with production facilities.
EXPERIENCE :
  • Degree qualification in an Engineering Discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas industry, ideally: FPSOs, Piping Inspection/Construction, Asset integrity.
  • Or Degree qualification as Technical Level.
    • Minimum 10 years' experience in oil and gas industry, ideally: FPSOs, Piping Inspection/Construction, Asset integrity.
  • Experience in Non-destructive inspection, with a significant piping materials/corrosion background.
  • Good sense of economics and good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Computer Literate
