Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Service Representative/Admin. Assistant at Arel Ltd., you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our team members. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and assisting with service-related tasks. Additionally, you will analyse service data to improve our processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  1. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  2. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with engineering and contracting teams to resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service.

Service Analysis:

  1. Data Collection: Collect and organize service data, including project timelines, budgets, and client feedback.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyse service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost optimization.
  3. Process Enhancement: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis.

Documentation and Reporting:

  1. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, service requests, and project details.
  2. Reporting: Prepare regular reports summarizing service performance, client satisfaction, and recommended actions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the engineering or contracting industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of engineering and contracting principles and terminology is a plus.
